We love smoothies. We like making them, and we love drinking them. But, most importantly, we love sharing them with friends. And our favorite thing to do is share a smoothie recipe that contains seven superfoods. When it’s banana almond smoothie time, we make sure everyone knows about it.
Ingredients
1 tablespoons almond butter
1 banana
1 cups of milk
3 tablespoons of Miracle 7
2 cups of ice
2 tablespoons of cocoa

The most important thing to consider when you’re making a smoothie is the texture. There are many different ways to approach this depending on what you’re trying to achieve and how much time you have. If you want something hearty and healthy that will supply your body with energy and nutrients, it’s best to use frozen fruit in the recipe. By using frozen fruit, you will be able to create ice crystals that will blend into a thick and creamy texture as opposed to mixing chunks of fruit into your drink—this will not only make your drink taste better but it will be easier on your blender. If you don’t have frozen fruit on hand or if you just want a less intense smoothie, simply use fresh fruit instead of frozen.
